The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of EPC projects, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in EPC markets.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, and construction) to deliver tailored solutions.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

5. Prepare and present sales proposals, RFP responses, and project pitches.

6. Negotiate contracts and terms.

7. Meet or exceed sales targets.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 5+ years of sales experience in EPC or related industries.

3. Strong network and connections in EPC markets.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

5. Ability to understand technical aspects of EPC projects.

6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in CRM software.
